LineWatch is directed at adults of legal sports-betting age (21+ in most US states). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has submitted a subscription, contact us and we will delete it.

We retain newsletter email addresses for as long as you are subscribed, and remove them promptly after you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention settings (currently 2 months for user/event data).

Depending on your US state of residence (for example, California under the CPRA), you may have additional rights regarding your personal information.
